Root Canal Therapy

Microscope-guided instrumentation, ultrasonic irrigation, and bioceramic sealing stop infection while preserving your tooth.
Thermal diagnostics and digital radiography help us map inflamed canals and decide whether a single-visit approach is feasible.
We use rotary NiTi files, passive ultrasonic irrigation, and warm vertical compaction to clean and seal the canal system in 3D.
After obturation we coordinate with the prosthodontic team to reinforce the tooth using fiber posts, onlays, or crowns.

Frequently Asked Questions
Browse quick answers to the questions patients ask before treatment.
- Will the treatment be done in one appointment?
- Most teeth are finished in a single 60–90 minute visit. Severe infections may require a medicated dressing and a second visit a week later.
- What level of discomfort should I expect?
- Numbness remains for several hours; minor tenderness for 1–2 days is normal and controlled with prescribed anti-inflammatory medication.
- Do I really need a crown after a root canal?
- Back teeth lose internal moisture and can crack, so we recommend cuspal coverage restorations. Front teeth may be reinforced with composite if sufficient structure remains.
